FAQs
Q: What kind of equipment will you use?
A. Private investigators generally require a variety of recording devices, cameras and lenses, binoculars, diversion safes and debugging equipment, among other items. Our P.I.s have their own equipment, including vehicles, and use of this equipment will be of no extra expense to you.

Q: What do you charge for your services?
A. Domestic surveillance is based on an hourly fee plus mileage charges. During our initial consultation with you we will establish a payment strategy based on the location of surveillance and a few additional conditions. Our corporate services are also priced on a case-by-case basis. Although we cannot offer a menu with set prices, rest assured our prices are comparable with other private investigator firms in the area.

Q: Are you able to testify in court if need be?
A: We have an extensive background in providing testimony during court cases and can do so in a professional and courteous manner.

Q: Will anyone know I contacted you?
A: We protect our clients' identity and personal information. Without a court order, we will not divulge information about you or the subject of the investigation. If a conflict of interest arises, however, we are obligated to terminate or decline our client relationship without disclosing any reason for doing so.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: We can guarantee you're getting the best quality work, and that we are doing everything in our power to provide the answers you require. We cannot guarantee that the results of our investigation will reveal what you hoped to learn or disprove. In other words, our work is guaranteed, but our information cannot be.

Q: Can you work with my attorney?
A: We often consult with attorneys to establish what to use in a case. Your attorney may decide to protect our involvement from disclosure, or he may decide to use our testimony in court depending on the circumstances of the case. We are more than happy to review your case with an attorney, but please remember that time will appear on your invoice.
